Comparison Of Advantages And Disadvantages Of Hot-air Non-woven Fabric And Spunbonded Non-woven Fabric

Table of Content

1. Hot air non-woven cloth: with high degree of peng, good elasticity, soft feel, strong warmth, good permeability and other characteristics. However, its strength is low and prone to deformation.

The core body: is the heart of the diaper, the cost also accounts for half of the entire diaper, cheap diapers sold on the market, mainly by adding domestic polymer in the core body to reduce the cost, the stability of these products is not strong, sometimes good sometimes bad, the use of the process will appear regurgitation (surface is not dry), leakage of urine and other problems. The lower layer of lile core USES hot air cloth instead of ordinary paper (cloth is more expensive than paper), the overall feel is softer, highlighting the essence of high-grade products.

2. Spunbonded non-woven cloth: it is made by heating and pressurizing roller after spinning directly from polymer particles without using fiber. It has excellent mechanical properties, excellent tensile strength, breaking elongation, tearing strength, etc. Its thickness is very thin, but its softness and air permeability are not as good as that of hot-air non-woven cloth.

Therefore, the surface layer of good diapers is made of hot-air non-woven fabric. Spunbonded non-woven fabric is mainly used in medical and health care manufacturing. However, many diaper manufacturers choose to use spunbonded non-woven fabric in order to save costs.
